Monaveo RMM is a remote monitoring and management platform built for managed service providers and internal IT teams to monitor, manage, and support endpoints across multiple client organizations from a single console. Core capabilities include: - Endpoint monitoring — a cross-platform agent (Windows, macOS, Linux) collecting hardware and software inventory, disk/RAID and SMART health, services, event logs, local users, and performance data. - Alerting and automation — customizable alert profiles with sustained-condition thresholds and automated script-based remediation. - Patch and software management — operating system patching, third-party application updates, and software deployment. - Remote access — secure, on-demand remote desktop sessions to managed devices. - Helpdesk and ticketing — ticket management with SLA tracking, customer satisfaction surveys, and inbound email integration. - Asset and network management — device inventory, SNMP-based network device discovery, and switch/port mapping. - Endpoint backup — scheduled, encrypted file and folder backups with recovery. - Billing — subscription and usage-based invoicing, including per-country tax handling and per-site billing. - Multi-tenancy and security — role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, per-tenant isolation, and a white-label customer portal. Monaveo RMM is available through a web dashboard and mobile applications for iOS and Android.
