You don't neccesarily have to have knowledge about design or complex marketing tools. That makes it easy to cocreate with colleagues from different departments. The support is also available for questions and friendly advice. **What do you dislike about Momice?** The survey tool is rather standard so there's not a lot of options in adding different questions. **Recommendations to others considering Momice:** Meet up with the team and ask for the demo. You'll see it's very easy to use and the Momice team is very flexible in helping you. We were a bit sceptical at first, because most tools tell you that you don't need any specific skills to use the application, but in this case it's actually true. We have multiple colleagues working with Momice and not just our experienced event manager. **What problems is Momice solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the help of Momice we can send invites and program updates quicker, have more overview on the event registration and a website to share everything about the event. Our events now look more professional and it saves us a lot of time. ### 2. The configuration of the system is easy but still widely customisable. We notice the system is still improving every time we use it. **What do you dislike about Momice?** Some extra features might improve the user experience, like using email templates and e-ticket layout options. **What problems is Momice solving and how is that benefiting you?** The systems of Momice helps us to quickly set up a registration website for our events. You can easily create nice event websites and emails to invite people for your event. **What do you dislike about Momice?** It would be even better if you can customize more yourself. Momice works like a CMS you need to fill. Deviation of this CMS is not possible. **What problems is Momice solving and how is that benefiting you?** It made our event ticketing process much better. We now have a smooth proces, for ourselves but also for the customer. ### 6. Besides this, the event website and designs (important for us) are very good, you can easily adjust the look and feel for every event. ### 7. Also the scanning of the tickets at the event with the app is super easy and quick. ### 9.
