The CSM and Account Manager, their ability to answer quickly and in a proactive manner.

The ability to "program" the software by creating fields, changing masks, ...

- The layout which is very ugly and old. Seriously, do you want to work on a main tool looking so bad in 2022 ?

- The complexity to use the tool, the number of steps, some mandatory elements that cannot be changed

- Crystal Reports. How to gives the last impression of the job done to win a deal through an ugly report, looking like the document after a car check at the garage. Change to another soft', smth sexy that can customize the reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
