What do you like best about Momentum?

I really appreciate about Momentum. It has greatly helpmed. One of the things I like most is such as its intuitive design, customization options, inspirational quotes, or daily focus options. It's been a fantastic tool for improving productivity, staying on track, or gaining clarity throughout the day. Overall, Momentum has truly uplifted my daily routine, helped me focus better, etc., and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for like a daily productivity booster. What do you dislike about Momentum?

I feel that sometimes makes it like less seamless or slightly inconvenient and facing some glitches. Adding better syncing, or enhanced functionality could greatly enhance the overall experience. I still find the tool useful, but addressing these areas would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BUY THIS if you are in RevOps and want your GTM Team, Product Team, and Leadership to love you!"

What do you like best about Momentum?

Momentum has become essential to our workflow in GTM. Our initial use case was automating Call Summaries and filling out CRM fields, but we have expanded to so much more than that! From nailing our initial use case, to growing with us and launching bespoke features that are now live, Momentum is well integrated into our tech stack.

Coaching at scale, AI signals to enable best practices, More Signals to help product learn about Customer Sentiment, EVEN MORE Signals to help marketing and sales hone in on pain points.

The leadership team is a fantastic partners to collaborate with! While the team is still growing, they are MIGHTY. We have thrown a lot at the team in terms of bugs and feature requests, and Momentum keeps nailing them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Momentum?

As Momentum is still a growing company, there are some growing pains as it relates to stability and features (but the team is working hard to remedy that).

The AI can also hallucinate if not given clear instructions, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Momentum is a must-have in any modern RevOps tech stack."

What do you like best about Momentum?

It’s rapidly gaining popularity across multiple departments in our organization due to its wide range of practical use cases. The standout features are Summaries and Salesforce Notifications — getting real-time alerts has been a game changer. It enables us to take immediate action when something needs attention or celebrate wins as they happen.

As an admin, I find the interface intuitive with minimal setup required for end users. The customer service team is exceptional — highly responsive, proactive, and open to feedback. It’s been a strong partnership both in terms of product capability and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Momentum?

Some features can occasionally be buggy, but their support team always steps in quickly to address issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Intelligence for calls within your work environment (Slack)"
5/5
What do you like best about Momentum?

I like how easy Momentum is to interact with in Slack and how accurate the recaps are for me and my team. We have the recaps read directly into account channels in Slack which makes it easy for everyone to stay on the same page. Momentum's ability to allow anyone in the channel to query the call and ask questions about the call also makes it easier for me as a sales leader to stay on task and not have to answer the same question over and over again and also makes it easier for execs to come in with helpful insights and suggestions versus having to focus on inspection. I also love how Momentum can automatically fill in fields for Salesforce such as risks, updates, authority, metrics, competitors, etc. This has saved my team hours of manual admin tasks within the first 2 months already. Momentum is incredibly easy to set-up and use and is easy to set-up on autopilot from a content capture standpoint while also being easy for users and execs alike to leverage it within Slack to get the answers they need. What do you dislike about Momentum?

There is not much to dislike about Momentum, but at the moment, Momentum lacks the ability to incorporate forecast data to visually help me understand where to prioritize my time which I've become accustomed to in other call intelligence tools. That in mind, Momentum is doing a great job at delivering accuracy and writing information back to Salesforce, so imagine my team and I can now better leverage Salesforce data for forecasting given that the data is coming directly from our calls. "A solid alternative to Gong/Clari and other big players"

What do you like best about Momentum?

As of now, Momentum has the basic functionality of a revenue intelligence platform (call summaries, suggested actions/tasks) while also being lean enough to provide tailored customer support. More specifically, they've been super proactive in scheduling bi-weekly syncs with our team to provide admin support with literally anything (prompt building, settings config, creating deal rooms, setting up slack notifications, autopilot config, etc.)

There are niche use cases for our business that Momentum does not yet solve for, but their product team is constantly ingesting feedback (i.e. via monthly "Admin Calls") and iterating on/presenting features that customers are asking for. As someone that's become accustomed to purchasing from vendors that develop features you don't need or care about, Momentum does a great job of directing their efforts towards things their customers truly want.

In addition to this, the prompt library Momentum provides has been a great resource for us to create autopilots quickly since we don't have to start from a blank page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Momentum?

We've ran into some bugs with provisioning new users, and other small issues in the UI. I think this may be, in part, related to how quickly updates are being pushed to the Momentum platform.

However, these are typically solved via a quick support email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched Support + Impactful Automation = Big Win for Sales + Marketing + RevOps Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Momentum?

As a PMM focused on win/loss analysis and go-to-market strategy, Momentum AI has been incredibly valuable right out of the gate. The implementation experience has been seamless—shoutout to our rep, Jes, who has been nothing short of phenomenal: collaborative, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the tool. The automated deal summaries are a huge win, providing structured insights that help inform everything from messaging refinement to sales enablement and CRM hygiene. It’s also surprisingly intuitive to use—even for someone not embedded in data or engineering—which makes it easier to prototype and validate use cases quickly. We're early in our rollout, but it’s clear there’s a lot of potential to scale this across teams and systems. I’ve been impressed with the partnership mindset and how the platform is already helping accelerate strategic feedback loops across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Momentum?

From a PMM lens, particularly when it comes to structuring win/loss data, there are a couple of limitations. I’d love to see more templatized prompting options for deal analysis—right now it takes a bit more customization and iteration to get exactly what we need for standardized reporting. A native dashboard for tracking and slicing insights over time would also be a great add, especially for those of us trying to democratize access to qualitative trends across GTM stakeholders. We can bridge the gap with internal support, but having those features built in would elevate the experience even further. Still, Momentum shows strong momentum (no pun intended) and I’m confident these refinements are on the horizon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good call recording and rep analysis tool"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Momentum?

What I like best about Momentum is how it elevates the way my sales team executes across the entire deal cycle. It’s not just about tracking deals—it’s about creating alignment, uncovering risks early, and driving proactive collaboration between AEs, sales leadership, and revenue operations. The insights Momentum surfaces on deal health and next steps have significantly improved our forecasting accuracy and ability to coach in real-time. I also love how it integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and our existing tools, giving us a single source of truth without adding extra admin work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Momentum?

The main issues I’ve experienced with Momentum are around reliability and UX. The bot doesn’t always join calls as expected, which creates uncertainty for the reps and can result in missed insights. The UI can feel clunky at times, especially when navigating longer threads or trying to access key information quickly. Also, the AI-generated responses can be overly long, which makes it harder to pull out the most actionable takeaways. These aren’t dealbreakers, but they do impact the overall efficiency. What do you like best about Momentum?

Momentum has continuously improved both their product and the level of support they provide on the back end. Their team is easy to work with, responsive, and open to feedback. As they’ve grown, they’ve consistently taken our input and used it to enhance the platform. The product itself is also straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy for our team to adopt and use effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Momentum?

Momentum can often have technical issues such as causing meetings to lag, not joining or working their back end user interface to pull calls can lag.

I really hope this improves as well as they get key features such as live listening Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
