Job posts bring a pile of applicants and few you'd hire, the best people aren't looking, and writing to them one by one is where hiring stalls. Moments AI does the three slow parts for you. Sourcing: type the role and it searches its candidate archive, professional databases and public work (GitHub, Stack Overflow, talks, blogs) for people who fit. Outreach: it writes a personal first message to each candidate, sent from your own mailbox or WhatsApp, so replies land in your inbox. You approve the first emails. Scheduling: when a candidate says yes, it books the intro call in the same thread. It's built in the Netherlands under the GDPR, for founders, COOs and small teams with no in-house recruiter.
