Moesif is a great API (in our case Graphql API) monitoring system. Not only it allows us to track every single one of our requests (with complete request/response payloads) but also query by any param in Graphl Tree.

It is the only platform from what I know of (and we did our research before we started using Moesif) that allows building queries/graphs/monitors/reports for Graphql API.

In a matter of seconds, you can build queries like "Show me top requested entities by Company A where response time was bigger than X"

Also, their new query UI is intuitive and powerful, with AND/OR queries and so on.

Another thing that is awesome about Moesif is how easy it is to integrate with your app. It took us hours to integrate Moesif with all environments, and we had no need to change anything in this configuration since.

Also, for the year and a half, we have been using, we haven't had a situation where we lost any of our requests, all requests we sent to Moesif for the last year were displayed and queried there, great work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The graphs UI is a bit out of date, and I wish it was a bit more configurable, as currently, it is a bit limited. Functionality-wise they are ok, but I wish they were prettier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is definitely lacking. The interface is nowhere near as polished as similar companies in the analytics space that we use alongside Moesif like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, etc. It's often difficult to navigate, unclear where things are, and the overall look and feel leaves a lot to desire.
