There's no going back to life without Moesif." 5/5 What do you like best about Moesif? Moesif saves us time, lots of time! It also helps us identify API users who are having trouble with our API resources or potentially misusing/abusing our service. All via an easy-to-use web interface an custom alerts. But I would welcome even easier sharing of events with external users. To be fair, there are multiple ways of doing this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Moesif solving and how is that benefiting you? Before we used Moesif we didn't have easy visibility into how our API resources were being used and by whom. We'd find out about the occasional problem via support tickets or randomly discover suboptimal customer API practices. Now we can easily see which organziation (and even the specific API user) is responsible and reach out to them pro-actively to offer support or share best practices. We've had some minor glitches in the past were data was not synchronised timely. Data was never lost, but it took time to catch up and be processed. Moesif is a great API (in our case Graphql API) monitoring system. Not only it allows us to track every single one of our requests (with complete request/response payloads) but also query by any param in Graphl Tree. It is the only platform from what I know of (and we did our research before we started using Moesif) that allows building queries/graphs/monitors/reports for Graphql API. In a matter of seconds, you can build queries like "Show me top requested entities by Company A where response time was bigger than X" Also, their new query UI is intuitive and powerful, with AND/OR queries and so on. Another thing that is awesome about Moesif is how easy it is to integrate with your app. It took us hours to integrate Moesif with all environments, and we had no need to change anything in this configuration since. Also, for the year and a half, we have been using, we haven't had a situation where we lost any of our requests, all requests we sent to Moesif for the last year were displayed and queried there, great work. Excellent documentation and support - we had some issues with the moesif proxy, they kept identifying issues that impacted us. The interface is nowhere near as polished as similar companies in the analytics space that we use alongside Moesif like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, etc. It's often difficult to navigate, unclear where things are, and the overall look and feel leaves a lot to desire.
