I use MoEngage for push notifications on different events, like engaging users, sharing updates, and transaction messages. I like the user segmentation and campaign automation since they simplify creating push notification campaigns for targeted audiences, reducing manual efforts. Its features help us target the right users and improve notification engagement for specific events. Basic push notifications were working quickly with minimal effort, making the setup easy. Better documentation and examples would be more helpful for quick understanding and getting started. Moenagage provides in-depth analytics on user's behaviour in the app which helps us improve our campaigns & our product overall. For eg: Using Behaviour & funnel analytics on Moengage, we were able to identify that our clients prefer to analyse a stock before placing their orders, which made us change our order placement journey from direct redirection to now routing the user via the company analysis(Quotes) page. Moengage also allows hyper-personalisation by use of various user attributes which enhances the customer's experience on the app. Also the customer support is usually pretty quick at helping us with our issues/queries. The AI tools being provided do not seem to be well trained yet, and sometimes throw random responses, this could be improved.
