MODX enabled the small business for which I worked to rebuild our website from the ground up and completely customize the branches and design as well as store a large inventory of products. The interface is intuitive. Fill-in-the-blank options and customizable drop-down menus make it easy for any member of our team to make changes that are saved and published immediately. The server would disconnect randomly, glitches were recurrent, and any branching issues are harder to diagnose for small businesses without an internal IT team. Access to an IT professional with experience troubleshooting MODX was extremely limited. Also, when adding content, the storage capabilities only allow for 1MB of content per upload.
