The primary benefit is the ability to our sales team to have the documents/images/videos they need on the go and track when customers are opening them. Virtual product tours also allow customers to interact with the product and zoom in and out of it.
I also really like the ability to manage the content and when it becomes available, what languages/regions they apply to, and the ability to notify users across various platforms that the content is now available.
