  ### 1. Fantastic support from the staff through the transition

**What do you like best about ModuleMD?**

The logical nature of the setup as well as the fantastic personalized support from the staff answering all our questions.  Also, they are very responsive to improving the product.

**What do you dislike about ModuleMD?**

Sometimes there are frustrating pop-ups that impede the workflow; but tickets have been submitted to address this issue.  Sometimes, it is difficult to find ICD codes, but I think that is more a function of ICD and not MMD.

**What problems is ModuleMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us EMR access to our data that used to be completely paper charts.  Better understanding of the billing process.  Transition to Dragon Dictation embedded in MMD has been a huge cost savings for us.

**What do you like best about ModuleMD?**

It is the great product they have and excellent client services they have. The developing team is constantly updating the prodcut to suit the nees of an Allergy Practice. We have become very efficeint in working together as an allergy practice due the features that the systhem has.

**What do you dislike about ModuleMD?**

I have had no bad experience with them. I have requested some changes that they were able to fix for u s.

**What problems is ModuleMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have been able to improve the Immunotherapy module to greatly impove effeciency of work flow in the office. The EHR is very easy to use and  navigate for new addtions of providers in the practice. The Revenue cycle management has worked well for us with the billing team being very recetptive and attentive to our account.

**What do you like best about ModuleMD?**

Somewhat user friendly.
There are a few Module Staff people that  will go the extra mile to help. Eva & Raedean in billing, Elaine in Credentialing and Andrea  in Client svcs.

**What do you dislike about ModuleMD?**

The biggest issue we struggle with is intermittent slowness when moving from one screen to another.  Module always comes back with its our internet or equipment.
The following are suggestions for improvement:
When making changes to the programing involve the users who on in the front line using it on a daily basis. Be flexible so that an office can have it set according to what they need and not to what others need.
Make it so you can see more then just one screen at time example demographic and schedule.

Have not solved our issue of slowness.

**What do you like best about ModuleMD?**

ModuleMD allows us to utilize an integrated, all-in-one EHR for our special needs.  The level of customer service we receive from ModuleMD is exceptional.  They put a considerable amount of thought and testing to each update before they launch.  It is very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about ModuleMD?**

No major downside to using ModuleMD.  When we changed from another allergy/immunology specific EHR, there were a couple of process changes we had to make but the transition was minor.

**What problems is ModuleMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous allergy/immunology specific EHR did not even have spell check in the notes so we were constantly concerned about typos going out in the notes.  We were not able to utilize automated appointment reminders but with ModuleMD, we not only have the ability to automate our reminders, we now have a patient portal.  Running financial reports is a breeze!

**What do you like best about ModuleMD?**

The Allergy Module for Modulemd is outstanding. The best on the market, comprehensive  and coherent.  It provides safety and accuracy.

**What do you dislike about ModuleMD?**

Having to use an EMR.  I'm so old school, I miss paper charts.

**What problems is ModuleMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have designed the most comprehensive allergy/immunotherapy module that I have seen. It provides accuracy and safety in production of the serum and administration.

The EMR is intuitive, easy to use and train new employees. The information provided in the reports is detailed and helpful to run a practice. Support staff are exellent.

**What do you dislike about ModuleMD?**

Updates that are done are not always communicated to us and I believe there may be features to increase efficiency that I am not aware of

**What do you like best about ModuleMD?**

The MMD technical support staff are excellent.  We frequently find ourselves in a bind which can be very problematic in a busy office but whether it is a skin testing tray question, a patient portal question, or <insert issue here> the staff can either resolve it for us quickly or run it up the chain and have their folks on the backend take care of it.

**What do you dislike about ModuleMD?**

The flipside of the above question, what do you like best, leads me back to having to contact support much more frequently than I ever thought we would need to.  We're 23 months into moving to MMD from Centricity and if I don't contact support at least once a week that is marked off as a miracle week.  Unfortunately, there are some weeks when I feel like we're the problem child office and I have to reach out for a variety of issues four, five or six times.

We're in constant contact with the team and have offered several improvement ideas that have been taken to heart and implemented.

The system is very user-friendly.  I can train new staff quickly and can manage my practice with easy to read reporting tools

**What do you dislike about ModuleMD?**

If loss of internet or power cannot use the system (this is very rare)

**Recommendations to others considering ModuleMD:**

This system offers everything you need to run a physicians office.  Before we had to use a few different systems, this is not efficient.  With all our data in one place our data is secure and accurate.  We can easily assess our business in a few minutes time

Efficiency is greatly increase and I can stil easily run the office with less staff than before.

Everything is very easily accessible. Most things are found right from the dashboard.

Pages do not load as quickly as I would like sometimes.

Module MD saves us from being required to use another EMR system. Other EMR systems are not user-friendly and hard to navigate around.

There are a lot of "clicks" that sometimes slow us down.

We did several reference checks and a thorough due diligence before moving forward. The feedback was consistent - quality software, service and support.
