  ### 2. Aimed at Allergists

**What do you like best about ModuleMD?**

The MMD technical support staff are excellent.  We frequently find ourselves in a bind which can be very problematic in a busy office but whether it is a skin testing tray question, a patient portal question, or <insert issue here> the staff can either resolve it for us quickly or run it up the chain and have their folks on the backend take care of it.

**What do you dislike about ModuleMD?**

The flipside of the above question, what do you like best, leads me back to having to contact support much more frequently than I ever thought we would need to.  We're 23 months into moving to MMD from Centricity and if I don't contact support at least once a week that is marked off as a miracle week.  Unfortunately, there are some weeks when I feel like we're the problem child office and I have to reach out for a variety of issues four, five or six times.

**What problems is ModuleMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're in constant contact with the team and have offered several improvement ideas that have been taken to heart and implemented.

The speed of the software, the quality of the customer service, and the best part As a ModuleMD software client, in times of need, 
for short-term or long-term services, the ModuleMD billing team can step in to help.

**What do you dislike about ModuleMD?**

Nothing so far,  everything seems great..

**What problems is ModuleMD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customization allows for maximizing practice performance.ModuleMD maintains the latest certification and functionality enabling eligible providers to meet the requirements of Quality Payment Programs, such as MACRA/MIPS.
