I also really like to know how to set up a computer. This can be useful when we let other employees put it on their computer or even individual seeking protection. **What do you dislike about ModSecurity?** I don't like how difficult it is to layout and get around. I don't know what the manual is. You learn to use it very quickly. You can avoid a high number of attacks with a simple configuration. You will be able to create very specific rules, thus optimizing the performance of the program and works with most operating systems. **What do you dislike about ModSecurity?** Creating a potential point of failure, It is necessary to modify the design of our network. generates many drawbacks due to false positives with most content managers (CMS). **Recommendations to others considering ModSecurity:** creating a set of blocking rules and whitelisting is easier and consumes less memory of our team and does not affect their performance. get good advice before using it because in some cases ModSecurity also blocks legitimate requests. **What problems is ModSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** during this time they avoided mallware attacks which did not affect my pc or contaminate my emails. If you don't have a technical team, hire a contractor to set it up - fairly quick and simple to implement. **What problems is ModSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Protecting websites from being attacked with generic scripts and attack methods.
