I find ModMed's financial report logic to differ from GAAP, making it very difficult to reconcile with QuickBooks while reporting different categories of revenue. The real-time reports provide actual receipts, but they lack options to balance and break out by category or physicians, forcing us to create workarounds for our physicians' compensation program. It's also challenging to easily obtain scheduling and other staff productivity stats and KPIs. Additionally, the method for addendums is clunky compared to our previous program, NextGen. In addition to this, I appreciate the counseling portion, which allows me to pull from everything I mentioned to the patient without needing to type more. This feature enhances my efficiency and makes consultations streamlined. The prescriptions feature is excellent, as I can easily find the right prescription I need and want to send. What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you? I find ModMed helps in seeing disease state and previously tried medications, making prior authorizations easier.
