ModernMES is a cloud manufacturing execution system (MES) for job shops and small to mid-sized factories: CNC machine shops, mold makers, machine builders and other make-to-order manufacturers. Operators start, pause and finish work on a shop floor terminal or their phone, with a card or a QR code. Managers see every work order, machine and operator on a live shop floor view and a TV board. Machine signals over MQTT or HTTP mark running and stopped time automatically, and stops are classified with downtime reasons. What it covers: - Work orders, projects and routings with operation steps - Production planning on a Gantt chart, by machine, project or operator, with automatic placement by deadline - OEE, downtime and scrap reasons, production reports and deadline forecasts - Quality checks, SPC charts, nonconformance reports and lot traceability - Preventive maintenance plans and breakdown repairs - Shifts, work instructions with drawings and files - Quotes based on your own routing times - ERP links: SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Odoo and Turkish ERPs, plus webhooks and an API - An AI assistant that answers questions about your production data Runs in the cloud or on your own server.
