The ModernLoop team is highly supportive and very accessible. Any time we have a question or feature request, the team is genuinely curious about the reason why we want to make changes on the platform. We have a shared slack channel with the ModernLoop team where they update us on any new features and where we can get immediate support if we have a product question or need assistance. The team responds to our slacks within minutes! It’s so nice that they acknowledge the sense of urgency when we have a blocker. To build on our transparency with ModernLoop, we have dedicated monthly calls serving as a check-in for any feature requests and to discuss any outstanding questions we may have for them. ModernLoop is still fairly new, so we have encountered a few bugs here and there, but the support team is very responsive and will help us resolve any issues as soon as possible. Since using the product, we’ve developed a list of features that would make our workflow within ModernLoop easier. Sometimes it can take a while to get a feature to the top of the ModernLoop team’s list, but they are great about letting us know the status of any feature requests and being honest about where it lies on their priority list. I love the calendar feature, where you can drag around interviews to see what fits best. This makes it so much easier to schedule, especially if I have special insight into interviewer's calendars (they might have times blocked off that ML doesn't know that I can schedule over, so being able to drag them around is nice).

Drafts of in-progress scheduling would be huge. There are occasional bugs and hiccups with the app. However, the team is incredibly responsive to any issues.
