The only thing I dislike is when you send a placeholder for interviewers only, the task will be buried in "Pending" category so it's easy to forget to send the email and invite to candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows me to do more with less. I'm able to quickly and efficiently request availability, schedule interviews, train new interviewers and more. Prior to ModernLoop I could spend a whole day schedule and rescheduling a few complicated interview loops. With ModernLoop, I can knock it out in a few minutes while providing candidates with all the details they need to do well in our interview loops.

In addition, I love the fact that they're always adding new features and listening to users. They rolled out a workflow change which impacted the way I use the product and would slow me down. I pinged the Customer Success team and they quickly hopped on a call to understand my workflow and within two days had redesigned the workflow to account for my use case and the one that was the reason for the original change. I like that the tool has the intelligence to suggest good interviewers and interview times options, but also lets you decide if it works and, if it doesn't, you can always move things around when needed. There are also lots of options for filters and templates to make our lives easier. The ModernLoop team is also always super supportive, so whenever we need some changes to be done or have any questions about any problem they are always responsive and act quickly so our work is less affected. There are a few tools (like saving communication template for interviewers) that sometimes work and sometimes doesn't, and we can not keep track of a pattern to understand why it will save for one and not for others. When working in a team, sometimes Modernloop makes rescheduling and making changes difficult. Often times if something is made on a calendar that someone doesn't have direct access to, they can't make simple changes. It integrates well with our ATS and automates a lot of the scheduling process. I really appreciate the option to allow candidates to self-schedule, and as a recruiter who schedules their own interviews, it is easy to navigate when scheduling multiple interviews. So user friendly. It is pretty intuitive. The search function is so helpful. Easy to set things up and find things. I really like the candidate communications parts, much better than others I have used. Errors are very few Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It seems like there is a delay. if a candidate submits times, and I immediately click to schedule (like within a few minutes), the availability will not show up. It takes a bit of time to sync which is annoying. It also seems like there are still a lot of clicks.
