The one thing I don't like has to do with the Users information. It doesn't update employee job titles automatically when there are promotions, and when we have new hires we have to manually input that information as well. It would be nice to have that update automatically, but that's more of a nice-to-have and not a must-have. Otherwise, I'm very happy using this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ModernLoops has made my life so much easier when it comes to scheduling. I love being able to set up my interviews ahead of time and use the same set up with each candidate. I handle high-volume scheduling, therefore this saves me many clicks. I love how hands-on the support is from the team. It is so easy to use for all who are part of the process. I am not a big fan of learning new tools and I picked it up right away! I use it in my every day cadence to schedule my candidates. I love how you can see everyone's schedule at once and drag and drop to find the solution that works best for the team. I also love the support team and our CSM experience. They are extremely responsive and helpful and the platform is constantly adding features that are useful. It is also extremely stable and they get bug fixes out extremely quick. So far, so good! I'm inclined to say I like it more than most scheduling tools I've used and I'm not a full cycle recruiter - or haven't had to be for 10+ years. I've always had a coordinator and sourcing support at larger companies. It is an intuitive tool that makes it incredibly easy to go from scheduling in Greenhouse to scheduling in ModernLoop. It saves us so much time in digging through folks' calendars trying to find free time for interviews, and I'm excited to dig into some of the other features! We have been using ModernLoop for over 2 years and have appreciate the value that it brings to our team. It is very user-friendly and makes scheduling interviews very efficient!
