It works with all of our systems and the integrations make scheduling a breeze. **What do you dislike about ModernLoop?** There are still some features which could use additional editing features post-meeting confirmation. For example, I haven't been able to use ModernLoop to update a calendar invite already on everyone's calendars. **What problems is ModernLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're a busy startup and spending time comparing multiple Google calendars is not an easy task. They are growing fast! **What problems is ModernLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taking the manual work out of interviewer capacity tracking, decline tracking, marking separate invites as private, generating slack channels, and more. ModernLoop took my team in to the next level of service to our clients without adding significant steps to our process. ModernLoop gave me so much time back, and even as I've grown the Recruiter team has allowed me to continue to align my headcount to Recruiters, instead of Coordinators. Once we add Coordinators, they can also do more Operations work since they'll have more time too! ### 5. Calendar view has been a game changer for scheduling hard-to-schedule interview loops! The team. at ModernLoop is also super receptive to feedback and are always working to make the product the best it can be. **What do you dislike about ModernLoop?** Being a new product, there are a lot of tools and features that are currently in the works or slated to come out down the line. The product has a workaround for everything left to be desired, so not a huge turnoff, but excited to see what is added in the future. **What problems is ModernLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** ModernLoop has simplified the way we schedule our interviews. It has cut down time-to-schedule significantly, leaving more time to accomplish other projects and tasks and ensure a timely experience for our candidates. ### 6. It's a great option if you're looking for a quick scheduling automation tool with a customer support team who is open to feedback and there to help! **What do you dislike about ModernLoop?** ModernLoop's product is not fully developed and they are still rolling out new futures to make them competitive with other scheduling automation software. Any time we have a question or feature request, the team is genuinely curious about the reason why we want to make changes on the platform. We have a shared slack channel with the ModernLoop team where they update us on any new features and where we can get immediate support if we have a product question or need assistance. The team responds to our slacks within minutes! It’s so nice that they acknowledge the sense of urgency when we have a blocker. To build on our transparency with ModernLoop, we have dedicated monthly calls serving as a check-in for any feature requests and to discuss any outstanding questions we may have for them. **What do you dislike about ModernLoop?** ModernLoop is still fairly new, so we have encountered a few bugs here and there, but the support team is very responsive and will help us resolve any issues as soon as possible. Since using the product, we’ve developed a list of features that would make our workflow within ModernLoop easier. Sometimes it can take a while to get a feature to the top of the ModernLoop team’s list, but they are great about letting us know the status of any feature requests and being honest about where it lies on their priority list. **What problems is ModernLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** ModernLoop has significantly increased efficiency for the Talent Operations team by reducing the number of tools needed to schedule interviews. Before having ModernLoop, it was common for our coordination team to need a pen and paper to jot down possible schedule options after looking at our interviewer's calendars. Now that we can see everyone’s calendar within ModernLoop and easily move interviews around people’s schedules, we don’t need to have a piece of scratch paper to note possible options. It’s also a huge time saver to be able to send all communications through ModernLoop (even slack messages). The time saved from having ModernLoop allows our Talent Coordination team to focus on other projects and reporting. ### 15. Templates, Rescheduling, and Module Building are also top for me! This makes my job so much easier and I really love it! **What do you dislike about ModernLoop?** I'd love to input the availability and be able to save it to the candidate's page in case I accidentally close the tab.
