There is no way to action candidates in bulk. If you work with high volume communications or hiring, you will spend significantly more time - hours more - simply triggering the exact same email communications to candidates. ModernLoop has completely changed the way our Recruiting team functions. As the sole interview coordinator when we signed on with ModernLoop, I was spending much of my time scheduling interviews manually. ModernLoop has allowed us to ease the scheduling process for candidates and coordinators. The implementation process was simple and quick, and ModernLoop's customer support team is quick to respond whenever issues are brought to them. Overall, a very positive experience for us! There are some scheduling features not currently provided by ModernLoop (e.g., suggesting availability, building in break time between interviews for interviewers). However, we've brought these ideas to the ModernLoop team and they've been very receptive to the feedback. We currently use ModernLoop for the majority of our interview scheduling, but if these features are ever implemented, our use would definitely be closer to 100% of interviews scheduled. There are a lot of ways to do the same thing with the system which, while it is nice,is sometimes challenging to know the most efficient way to use the tool. Also, there are sometimes buttons or functions on the tool that are missing that, if they were added, would make me feel more confident as a user that what I was doing was taking effect. It makes scheudling very easy and quick. We don't have and coordinators and with modernloop we are able to save a lot of recruiting time since it creates the best schedules possible with multiple interviewers that would normally take much more time to schedule. We use it daily. The integration with ATS works greats as well (we have used it with both Lever and Asbhy). We switched from Lever to Ashby and the implementation was quick and painless. The debrief tool is also top notch. In addition the customer support is so quick and very helpful. We meet once a quarter with our rep who provides key data points for us. ModernLoop is a great tool that helps with scheduling efficiency overall. It integrates well with our systems and our team was able to grasp the tool very quickly. The system is dedicated to supporting recruiters and all those invovled in scheduling to make their work easier every day. I love how efficient it has made my day to day. It has significantly reduced the amount of clicks and double checking I have to do when scheduling, especially at a very high volume. They have come up with many features that solution the biggest pain points that we experience in our main ATS, which has made the world's of a difference. Also, the ModernLoop team is great to work with; always available and quick to respond to any queries/bugs/flags that we raise and initiate quick fixes. Since it is a newer tool, in times where it's unusually high volume, there are times the occassional bugs or odd things that occur throw a wrench in the workflow and cause me to double back in scheduling. It's especially detrimental if it's a complicated schedule, a bug happens and I have to start over and remember how things were set up prior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
