Implementation process was very easy and the CSM and the slack channel was there to help every step of the way. I use Modernloop everyday and being able to set up all of the integrations to work with my ATS and to automate interviews at different stage transitions has been absolutely amazing. **What do you dislike about ModernLoop?** The only thing I don't like is that when I grab someone from my sourcing tool and bring them to Modernloop I have to be very careful about the email that it sends too, because it will send to any of the emails and not just one specific. **What problems is ModernLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's allowed me to schedule interviews much faster than the proprietary ATS. Because all of the calendar invites and emails are in one place, I can send everything at once and the slack channels. I also have been able to set up stage transitions to automate all of my hiring manager and technical screens without touching anything. ### 2. They have excellent customer support and very reasonable pricing. So great to have a tool that is super reliable as well. We do very high volunme hiring and only have a team of 3 recruiters and we all do our own scheduling. We could not do our jobs without ModernLoop. To date this year we have hired 361 people with our lean team and we still have a month left to go. I have been very impressed with everyone I have come in contact with at Modern Loop! **What do you dislike about ModernLoop?** Not necessarily a dislike but will be excited when they can integrate with more ATS systems outside of Greenhouse as we will be making a change there soon. It makes it really easy to schedule and understand what everyone on the team has going on. The integration to Greenhouse is seamless. The new candidate portals are a great feature that we are able to offer for candidates. So far, they really like it especially because all of their information is in one place and they're able to read more about our company and how to prepare for interviews. Not only is it super easy to use, but it's also really fast on scheduling multiple interviews and interview debriefs. The tool does all the thinking for you in terms of prioritizing when and who a candidate should talk to. Super clean integration with our ATS (Greenhouse) and google calendar. To top everything off, the customer support we get from Modernloop is superb - fast, reliable and really listen to feedback for product improvements. I cannot imagine not having this tool! **What do you dislike about ModernLoop?** I wish there was a feature to expedite interviewer training, having the tool prioritize scheduling those interviewers that are closer to completing training (shadow/reverse shadow) **What problems is ModernLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we do not have a coordinator, this allows me and my team to schedule interviews at lightning speed - minimal effort and time to get the job done. ### 10. For example, we had a candidate we needed to move stages for and we were told it would delete the scheduled interview if we tried updating the stage in Modernloop instead of just moving the interview. **What problems is ModernLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our previous, clunky process of scheduling! If you work with high volume communications or hiring, you will spend significantly more time - hours more - simply triggering the exact same email communications to candidates. As the sole interview coordinator when we signed on with ModernLoop, I was spending much of my time scheduling interviews manually. ModernLoop has allowed us to ease the scheduling process for candidates and coordinators. The implementation process was simple and quick, and ModernLoop's customer support team is quick to respond whenever issues are brought to them. Overall, a very positive experience for us! **What do you dislike about ModernLoop?** There are some scheduling features not currently provided by ModernLoop (e.g., suggesting availability, building in break time between interviews for interviewers). However, we've brought these ideas to the ModernLoop team and they've been very receptive to the feedback. We currently use ModernLoop for the majority of our interview scheduling, but if these features are ever implemented, our use would definitely be closer to 100% of interviews scheduled. **What problems is ModernLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** ModernLoop specifically solves the pain point of manual interview scheduling (requesting availability, selecting a time, sending confirmation emails). We don't have and coordinators and with modernloop we are able to save a lot of recruiting time since it creates the best schedules possible with multiple interviewers that would normally take much more time to schedule. We use it daily. The integration with ATS works greats as well (we have used it with both Lever and Asbhy). We switched from Lever to Ashby and the implementation was quick and painless. The debrief tool is also top notch. In addition the customer support is so quick and very helpful. It has significantly reduced the amount of clicks and double checking I have to do when scheduling, especially at a very high volume. They have come up with many features that solution the biggest pain points that we experience in our main ATS, which has made the world's of a difference. Also, the ModernLoop team is great to work with; always available and quick to respond to any queries/bugs/flags that we raise and initiate quick fixes. They're so open to feedback and taking feature requests that can further help our efficiencies. **What do you dislike about ModernLoop?** Since it is a newer tool, in times where it's unusually high volume, there are times the occassional bugs or odd things that occur throw a wrench in the workflow and cause me to double back in scheduling. It's especially detrimental if it's a complicated schedule, a bug happens and I have to start over and remember how things were set up prior. **What problems is ModernLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** ModernLoop is solving all the issues that Greenhouse can't. Anything from the preset interview plans, to their new candidate portal feature, they are building features to solve every touchpoint of the interview process - and then some. It's made our entire scheduling process so much more efficient and I'm glad to have that time back. I was using GoodTime before and ModernLoop is far more user-friendly. **What do you dislike about ModernLoop?** The one thing I don't like has to do with the Users information. It doesn't update employee job titles automatically when there are promotions, and when we have new hires we have to manually input that information as well. It would be nice to have that update automatically, but that's more of a nice-to-have and not a must-have. Otherwise, I'm very happy using this tool. **What problems is ModernLoop solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving time spent on interview scheduling. There certainly are areas of improvement, but nothing too crazy to note. A lot of the feature requests we ask for, the team is already working on a solution for. With ModernLoop, I can knock it out in a few minutes while providing candidates with all the details they need to do well in our interview loops. In addition, I love the fact that they're always adding new features and listening to users. They rolled out a workflow change which impacted the way I use the product and would slow me down. I pinged the Customer Success team and they quickly hopped on a call to understand my workflow and within two days had redesigned the workflow to account for my use case and the one that was the reason for the original change.
