The responsiveness and support of the Customer Success and Engineering teams is unmatched! There are a lot of ways to do the same thing with the system which, while it is nice,is sometimes challenging to know the most efficient way to use the tool. Also, there are sometimes buttons or functions on the tool that are missing that, if they were added, would make me feel more confident as a user that what I was doing was taking effect. We have a very small recruiting team without a dedicated coordination/scheduling function. ModernLoop powers our recruiters to easily fill that gap and provide a super fast turn around for our candidates and internal stakeholders and make recruiting functions and processes a breeze. ModernLoop is a great tool that helps with scheduling efficiency overall. It integrates well with our systems and our team was able to grasp the tool very quickly. The system is dedicated to supporting recruiters and all those invovled in scheduling to make their work easier every day. Some time ths set up process can default back and loss settings but generally the system is very easy to use and helps our team be more efficient in scheduling. Our Applicant Tracking System's scheduling tool is a bit more basic than we need and ModernLoop helps us be more efficient in our scheduling as well as bring automation to the table to support our needs even further. It has significantly reduced the amount of clicks and double checking I have to do when scheduling, especially at a very high volume. They have come up with many features that solution the biggest pain points that we experience in our main ATS, which has made the world's of a difference. Also, the ModernLoop team is great to work with; always available and quick to respond to any queries/bugs/flags that we raise and initiate quick fixes. Since it is a newer tool, in times where it's unusually high volume, there are times the occassional bugs or odd things that occur throw a wrench in the workflow and cause me to double back in scheduling. What problems is ModernLoop solving and how is that benefiting you? ModernLoop is solving all the issues that Greenhouse can't. Anything from the preset interview plans, to their new candidate portal feature, they are building features to solve every touchpoint of the interview process - and then some. I really appreciate the option to allow candidates to self-schedule, and as a recruiter who schedules their own interviews, it is easy to navigate when scheduling multiple interviews. So user friendly. It is pretty intuitive. The search function is so helpful. Easy to set things up and find things. It seems like there is a delay. if a candidate submits times, and I immediately click to schedule (like within a few minutes), the availability will not show up. It takes a bit of time to sync which is annoying. It also seems like there are still a lot of clicks. Simple for scheduling individual interviews. I can get something scheduled within 2 mins if it is 1 interviewer. When it works scheduling onsites with multiple parts is a breeze. For example right now, I'm unable to schedule a simple 1-person interview because of a glitch with the token I'm using. It won't pull in the candidate's name and is throwing up an error.
