Convictional is relatively easy to use, with reliable email notifications for orders. As a brand, this platform made it very easy to onboard with multiple retailers. They could definitely work on their customer service - when we had issues onboarding with a retailer for the first time, they were hesitant to give detailed instructions to help us complete the process more smoothly, and their overall demeanor seemed rude. On top of that, whoever helped us did not share their name, so it was not even possible to identify who was giving poor service. Hopefully this was just a freak incident. Instead of having to integrate with multiple retailers individually, Convictional allows you to easily create price lists that include photos, information, etc. to share with each of their websites. I appreciated how easily it synced with our Shopify storefront. It allowed us to edit catalogs easily and sort through orders in an organized fashion. The only hesitancy is that sometimes there were some issues with the page breaking on me, but that may be my internet browser.
