So far, I am unable to find a way to manually edit products pulled from Shopify. This is sometimes necessary if we want retailers to sell with different terms to the ones we use. It saves a lot of time by placing orders for you versus sending emails or placing orders on sites (tracking gets automatically updated as well). Onboarding can be an issue with certain vendors depending on their sales system. Also, there are bugs here and there that occur, but support helps out with getting things corrected. Convictional solves the problem of placing orders manually, updating tracking, and paying vendors after the order has been fulfilled. It has saved us countless hours by streamlining all those tasks. I wish all of my dropshipping brands were on Convictional. It takes all the hassle out of ordering for my clients, saving me so much time and also being able to offer a much bigger product catalogue. One of the brands shows all of their variants within one product....meaning there would be hundreds of images on one product page. I won't add this (best-selling) product because of this. i wish there was a way for me to have more control over how products are displayed - like this example here. The syncing of products onto my shopify also saves so many hours of work that it normally takes to upload dropshipping products, this is normally a big headache. I think the most convenient thing about Convictional is that we were able to import all of our products and pricing from our Shopify store and can then create separate pricelists & quotes depending on what retailer we're partnering with. I would like to see the packing slip that comes from our retailer show up in our Shopify store when the order has been sent through so that we don't have to log into Convictional or go to our e-mail attachment to retrieve the retailer's packing slip. Convcitional is solving the need for us to sell wholesale amounts of product at one time and instead set up mutually agreed upon terms with our online retail marketplace partners so that they can purchase directly from us through Convictional and fulfill the orders for our products that they have sold on their site. Convictional was incredibly quick to set up with our new partners. Connecting new partners, setting up new products is all very straightforward. I still need to do testing of Convictional with larger, more traditional retail / wholesale clients who drive a lot of business but usually use less modern solutions such as EDI. Convictional is helping us to connect very quickly to other marketplaces to sell our products without having to invest a lot time and resources into cumbersome and outdated integration languages like EDI. I like that I get an email every time an order is fulfilled through a Convictional brand. It makes it very easy to track fulfillment. It's also very easy to integrate with the shopify platform. Some things with integration for product descriptions, etc, are easier with Carro than Convictional, but Carro also doesn't send emails regarding fulfillments. I'm impressed." 4/5 What do you like best about Carro? It was pretty quick and easy to set up our Convictional catalog. The very best part is that orders come through in the exact same way as our other Shopify channels. We don't have to make any changes to the fulfilment process. What do you dislike about Carro? When uploading images it runs slow, to move from page to page with the arrows at the end of the page number it does not recognize an order with the pages filtered.
