ModelMatic turns process interviews into validated BPMN 2.0 process models. Upload an audio recording, a transcript, or a Word, PDF, Visio or image file, and ModelMatic produces a first BPMN model in minutes, with every element traced back to what was said in the source. Analysts review and refine the model, redesign it with the built-in AI Agent, and generate RACI matrices, SOPs and requirements from the validated model. Models export as BPMN 2.0 XML that you can import into tools such as SAP Signavio, Camunda and Bizzdesign. ModelMatic is built for business analysts, process consultants and BPM teams that model processes every week. Consultancies using it bring the modelling work per process down from about 8 hours to 1.
