What do you like best?

End to end contract lifecycle support that allows for ease of review of contract terms and conditions, as well as determining contract value. The system is used cross functionality from our Contract Offer Development team to our Finance team and is the source system for all Gov't Pricing reporting. What do you dislike?

Steep learning curve from legacy software to web based software. As a former legacy user the web based version took some getting used to as the naming conventions for key data attributes had changed. I recommend that a quick reference guide be created that marries the former naming conventions with the current naming conventions in the new version of the system. Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do not limit the scope of your project to the short term goals of the business. Look to leverage Revitas functionality for future road map project goals and strategic corporate initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our company timed Revitas implementation with a business model change to meet industry standards. This allowed for an ease of transition and a tool in place to support our base business operations. We are able to address reporting gaps. We have realized growth in the indirect channel of our business as we have been able to support our partners better with utilizing industry standard operational data processes. What do you like best?

This is a nice, closed loop, piece of software that itegrates with not only Salesforce, but also BigMachines. So now, you can go from the opportunity, to the quote, to the contract, all in one system. Manageing everything together makes life easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

This price is tough to justify as our management team never pulled out their check book but for what they are going through now, they are having second thoughts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
