Modef (مُضيف) is an Arabic-first property management system for short-term rentals and furnished apartments in Saudi Arabia. It is built for hosts and operators who list apartments, studios and chalets on several booking platforms and want to run everything from one mobile app. - Unified calendar with real-time sync to Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda, plus iCal for Gathern and other channels. - Change prices, minimum stay and stop-sell for every night across all channels in one tap. - Smart locks (TTLock): a unique code per guest, valid only from check-in to check-out, works offline. - Automatic WhatsApp and SMS messages in the guest's language, with a guest portal for the code, location and house rules. - Cleaning tasks created after every checkout, a simple app for cleaners with before/after photos, and monthly payroll and laundry tracking. - Optional smart pricing that raises rates on high-demand dates and discounts last-minute gaps without going below your floor. - Team members with per-property permissions, reports and Excel export. Fully Arabic interface with English available. Web, iOS and Android. Priced per unit per month with no commission on bookings, and a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
