How easy it is to use and how helpful it is to share insights on business data across all the company.

If you don't know anything about SQL it makes it difficult to query and visualize data.

**What problems is Mode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MODE is helping all business areas to understand the business on a daily-monthly-yearly basis, thanks to hundreds of KPIs and data visualization. By integrating it with Slack we can very quickly share meaninful reports with key stakeholders.

I really like how intuitive Mode is and how easy it is for end-users with not a lot of BI experience create their own reports.

**What do you dislike about Mode?**

A lot of the deep analysis or customized visualizations feels like they can only be done using Python Notebooks. I wish there were more customized security features.

**What problems is Mode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mode helps get dashboards out to multiple departments in our company to make data drive decisions and monitor their essential KPIs.

What I like the most about mode is its versatility. For example, I can analyze raw data and make any type of graph without having to export data.

**What do you dislike about Mode?**

Sonething that I can say it can improve is how "heavy" the reports may be. For instance, if I hace more than 2 reports open, my computer is likely to become slow

The problem that Mode solves is having a friendly way to visualize data.

Mode has a user-friendly interface for creating data reports. It is easy to build queries and get the data in excel for analysis.

As the volume of data requested increases, Mode takes a time to show the results.

Mode provides a very user-friendly way to verify data with basic knowledge of SQL while doing data testing.

So! I was working on automation where mode made my automation easier and it gave me a great spotlight in my team.

**What do you dislike about Mode?**

I believe mode is very useful, only one thing that I don't like about it is, I was scheduling one query in which I'm not getting the attachment on my mail due to the size of the attachment was more than 10mb.

**What do you like best about Mode?**

Mode's UI for chart building is the key reason why I like using it for my everyday analytics work and making decisions that drive my metrics. I used other data analytics tool but the Mode stands out with its easy to build charts and quick data loads.

**What do you dislike about Mode?**

I would love to have more chart customization features and compare two charts side by side. I often have to toggle between 5-8 charts to see the difference and make conclusions.

**What problems is Mode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can slice and dice the segments of my users and quickly diagnose the issues. It also allows me quickly build charts and communicate the issue/problem with my team.

**What do you like best about Mode?**

Mode provides basic BI capabilities ala Power BI, and Tableau. It is pretty robust for creating some dashboards exceptionally quickly.
Quite commonly, you start with Mode to prototype your idea before implementing it in Tableau to find out you nailed it only with Mode.
It has SQL syntax highlighting (something I miss a lot in Tableau Desktop), and integration with Python.

**What do you dislike about Mode?**

I wish it had more tutorials on how to use advanced features like report parameters, filtering, mathplot integration, HTML customization and forecasting. The documentation is generally good but I miss having more Hands on Labs.

**What problems is Mode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mostly use Mode for building dashboards for products telemetry.

I like that Mode offers lightweight charting capabilities but gives you massive capabilities under the hood via Python and R and extensive customization of reports via HTML and JavaScript

**What do you dislike about Mode?**

Some of the charts take a little bit of time to get the hang of and they can lack the desired configurability.

Mode helps us by providing a centralized portal for all or our reporting needs.

The mode has offered me great resources for information.  In Depth, reports are a huge plus

Occasionally it's a little tricky to find the info I need. Reports could stand to be a little more assessable.

One of the most significant benefits i have found with the mode is that i can find analytics i can't find anywhere else when reporting to my clients.

**What do you like best about Mode?**

I love the efficiency of using the SQL inputs and the immediate ability to create charts and visualizations.  This is good for both adhoc and scheduled reports.  The layout and customization of the reports page is also very helpful

**What do you dislike about Mode?**

The lack of mapping visualizations required us to use another BI platform, and we eventually needed to migrate away from Mode because of this.  Also, the inability to tap more than one DB on a report was also cumbersome.

**What problems is Mode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proving internal users proper business intelligence along with analytics to make actionable decisions on a real-time basis.  This has helped improve operational efficiencies.

The possibility of working in an integrated environment that makes possible to work with SQL and R/Pythong at the same time.

I think there is some improvement to do with the visualizations; there are some missing features from tableau that I'd like to have back.

it was an affordable tool for our small and growing team. it helped us engineers get analytic visuals to stakeholders and was easy set up a direct connection to our database.

**What do you dislike about Mode?**

a direct connection to our database was not ideal because it was slow. the visualizations provided the bare minimum of what our stakeholders wanted to see with little flexibility

at the time of use, we did not have a data warehouse set up so we needed a direct connection to our database and mode was able to easily accommodate that. it was an easy way for engineers to generate visuals

There is nothing to dislike. It would be good if the charts are more dynamic to show the values on tooltips.

Not sure if mode can detect it, but we replicate data to warehouse and use Mode to query/visualize it. Sometimes, replication breaks, maybe mode can detect it and display/send error using  email/slack message

Recently we are noticing SQL error being thrown on queries few times and then runs successfully

I like the User Interface of Mode, it's clean and easy to understand and use.

**What do you dislike about Mode?**

I dislike how when seeking to download the data for one specific thing, it downloads the entire raw data set, I then have to filter it out afterwards on my own.

**What problems is Mode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to pull all of a users data at once and analyze it using different metrics. It also gives us a chance to see things at a more macro level then if we were to inspect things using our own domains.

- A reporting tool that is easy to pick up and learn. 
- Sharing is very friendly amongst other colleagues.

I think Mode needs more Display visualization options, or any custom visualizations would be incredibly helpful. It would be also cool to see connectors put in play.

Ease of use when coming to any analysis, easy to find tables and columns, run a query and push it to a Python notebook for advance analytics all within one platform. Once the report are built it is easy to publish and schedule too!

Not being able to take in ad-hoc data sources, some of visualisations could be made more user friendly.

Mode is a helpful intermediary tool for engineers and non-technical teammates. It allows us to surface information without having to build out robust internal tools.

**What do you dislike about Mode?**

I wish that the report builder was more customizable. I would like to be able to set the sizes of the tables manually and add more than just text.

It has a good layout. i enjoy the visualisation using canonical queues in Mode (loading screens, etc.)

Sometimes I find the database to be a bit slow. Queues won't always refresh effectively and there is sometimes a time delay.

Be it any problem, Mode tool helps me with a solution. The best part is I do not have to connect the data results to separate dashboarding tools, as I can visualise the result set instantly using a Quick chart.

**What do you dislike about Mode?**

I would not mention it as a dislike but rather a feature which can be improved. The charts in Visual Explorer can be advanced in terms of palette and chart types.

**What problems is Mode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mode helps me in developing advanced Sql queries and in identifying key data points from the result set. I can easily examine the table fields from the tables and definitions section without having to refer to a data dictionary. Additionally, I can visualize these results in the form of a report in no time!

Easy to use and great filtration options! You can access customers' orders and get an insight into what third-party logistics company the order is assigned to. The filtration can be done with the customer's e-mail, name, order number, or item name.

Nothing so far! It's been great using it.
