What do you like best about MobiWork?

In our business that utilizes field services along with logistics and sales, we needed a platform that was fully customizable. MobiWork allows us to connect all of our departments to meet what we need on a daily basis and increase productivity while being able to fully track all of our customers, users, and flow of information. We can customize user's access levels so we can still connect all departments yet control who has access to what information. MobiWorks has a team to also help with custom solutions, we have had multiple changes requested that were needed to meet the specific solutions for our business with more to come, and every time they were able to meet the challenge. What do you dislike about MobiWork?

We do a lot of custom programming in linking information from work orders to forms and in automated emails. It would be nice to have access to what programming strings are used in certain forms and work orders. That way the needed information to repopulate other items could be readily available. Recommendations to others considering MobiWork:

If you're in need of a multi-faceted solution that has endless possibilities, this cloud-based software is for you. Being able to connect all your departments into one system is a huge bonus. Communications is one thing all companies need to work on and by having access to shared information takes a lot of the time searching for that information out of your daily routine. The way the information is stored in tier-type format allows you to easily search for and categorize your work orders, sales orders, and forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use to organize a schedule every day for our field technicians then send emails to every user with attachments needed for the next day's work. This took a lot of extra time to accomplish. With MobiWork, we can set a work order in the schedule with the needed attached documentation and simply move the work order in the schedule. No more daily emails, all the information for entire of the construction project is readily available and at the user's fingertips with their mobile device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MobiWork?

Customizable dashboards, GPS tracking, and integrated asset system are fantastic features. Having a single system to use with IT and facilities has been a game-changer. One essential feature was the ability to distinguish one department from another; in that category, we now have some decent functional capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MobiWork?

Updating the UI would be nice; however, that is just a slight personal preference. Our biggest issue is that when a work order is created and assigned to a technician, it will not notify them on their phone. From time to time, emails from the system also fail to send. Ultimately this means that your technicians will need to manually keep themselves updated to new work orders on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MobiWork:

If you need an integrated system that handles work orders, billing, inventory, and scheduling, MobiWork is an excellent selection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Now that we have a work order system in place, we can find trends in equipment breakdown and identify consistent problems in the field. The inventory system also gives us the ability to begin tracking issues by the specfic device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
