We use mobiworks for inventory, work orders, and invoicing. All of our products, services, and customers are linked to our QBO account so we are able to create, dispatch, and invoice customers directly from the field. We were using paper invoicing before Mobiworks, and it has been a game changer. We are able to track inventory from vendors, to the warehouse, and finally to the service vehicles. We were a bit overwhelmed by the customization options within the program, but we are happy with the support team, and they're available to customize options and help with coding solutions as issues arise. Direct access to the technical team. Mobiworks is like no other software that I implemented as you have a direct source to the technical team that is working on the changes.
