What do you like best about MobiWork?

In our business that utilizes field services along with logistics and sales, we needed a platform that was fully customizable. MobiWork allows us to connect all of our departments to meet what we need on a daily basis and increase productivity while being able to fully track all of our customers, users, and flow of information. We can customize user's access levels so we can still connect all departments yet control who has access to what information. MobiWorks has a team to also help with custom solutions, we have had multiple changes requested that were needed to meet the specific solutions for our business with more to come, and every time they were able to meet the challenge. What do you dislike about MobiWork?

We do a lot of custom programming in linking information from work orders to forms and in automated emails. It would be nice to have access to what programming strings are used in certain forms and work orders. That way the needed information to repopulate other items could be readily available. What do you like best about MobiWork?

Customizable dashboards, GPS tracking, and integrated asset system are fantastic features. Having a single system to use with IT and facilities has been a game-changer. One essential feature was the ability to distinguish one department from another; in that category, we now have some decent functional capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MobiWork?

Updating the UI would be nice; however, that is just a slight personal preference. Our biggest issue is that when a work order is created and assigned to a technician, it will not notify them on their phone. From time to time, emails from the system also fail to send. Ultimately this means that your technicians will need to manually keep themselves updated to new work orders on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
