"Great for ensuring our billable work gets captured and invoiced!"

What do you like best about MobiWork?

In accounting, it is straightforward for me to see the pending invoices, ready to be billed or already billed to the customer. Moreover, if I receive an inquiry about an invoice, it is extremely easy for me to get back to the original work order to review what was done or to confer with the technician that performed the work to ensure all parties are aligned. What do you dislike about MobiWork?

At times, the software can be almost too customizable. There are so many settings and different ways to search for things that it can get overwhelming. I rely on saved searches to help navigate this challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MobiWork?

A great tool to help organize and easily find information about clients. Mobile dispatching is great. Easily update information and give it to everyone, no need for spreadsheets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mobile app is lacking but I can see the potential in it. Once bugs are fixed, Mobiework will be a great tool for field workers. Now that I primarily use the desktop/PC version, its much easier to use and navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MobiWork?

"Revolutionizing our business"

What do you like best about MobiWork?

MobiWork has helped us in so many different ways. To start, it has enabled us to have a central location for all things "Customer" for the first time in the history of the company. It is so easy for us to find a customer and from that page review all quotes, work orders, invoices, and other information very quickly.

Moreover, we use the system to create optimized routes and dispatch work orders. We create custom forms for our field technicians to submit at each stop, generating valuable data and real-time alerts for management. In many ways, the system makes it so that we are in many locations all at the same time. It is truly revolutionizing our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MobiWork?

At times the platform can be too customizable, making new user training challenging. The system can be tweaked in so many different ways that a new user can be confused when navigating the website, but for the most part the platform can be learned quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
