MobaXTerm has a lot of options, you can use it for SSH connections using password of private key as well as Remote Desktop connections with Windows Servers or Windows Desktop PCs. I started using this product some time ago and I have to admit that it's more user friendly for SSH connections than original PuTTY client. I like the built-in Graphical SSH-browser to transfer or edit files while you can run commands in the terminal window. If you want to run some terminal commands simultaneously I highly recommend you MuliExec feature, this is really great and powerful one. I saved a lot of time using it while patching servers. It's a perfect tool for Linux users, you can use your Windows system with Linux commands for example cd, ls, grep, awk, sed, bash, etc... It can also be used as a remote connection client by terminal, SSH, or Telnet, it even supports FTP, SFTP, etc. It is possible to use multiple sessions with different protocols from one tab and change the colors of the tabs to avoid errors.
