Mobal has a very clear and easy to use interface, and functionality that helps manage business profiles all from one place. The ability to go through reviews, answer them from the platform (with AI tool baked in) and see statistics is another great tool we use weekly if not daily. Their support is on top level, very fast and helpful, they also do consult about how to better utilise the tools and general advisory. The implementation was very easy and fast thanks to their team. Whether it’s answering everyday “how-to” questions or addressing new feature requests, their team is quick to respond and transparent about timelines for fixes or updates. Before Mobal.io, small changes to opening hours required significant time and effort from our web manager. Now, we can easily manage and update all opening hours from a central location and push them to the relevant places on our websites. This is crucial for ensuring that customers always have accurate, reliable information, no matter where they check – whether on the website, social media, or other online platforms. The tool is at its best when it is seamless to use and saves time. With Mobal, we can display opening hours not only on Google but also on our own website. Creating social media posts for multiple profiles is easy with the same tool, and the posts are automatically visible on Google as well. Mobal also keeps our business information accurate on Google, preventing changes made by customers from overriding our own data. Responding to Google customer reviews is also easy, with AI providing excellent assistance. Mobal reduces the time spent updating multiple Google my business locations at once and helps mass update social media pages. For us, this means we now spend about 30mins a week posting updates on multiple places at once - A task that would be nearly impossible without this kind of program. The other excellent feature of Mobal is that all the reviews from Google My Business and social media accounts are collected in one place, and you can quickly answer them without navigating to multiple locations. Their super easy platform lets you do bulk uploads of media and posts to all locations simultaneously, write replies on reviews with help of custom templates and track how your activities affect local visibility. What do you dislike about Mobal.io? The platform has some limitations mostly because of Google's API. For example, when we started using Mobal it wasn't possible to upload articles or categories to the product section of your business profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Mobal.io solving and how is that benefiting you? We have several business locations and therefore managing them all manually one by one was extremely time-consuming. Hence, our profiles sometimes even had misleading information or were dominated by customer-generated content, which in some cases wasn't even linked to our business. Mobal allowed us to get a quick overlook on all profiles, update business information, do bulk uploads and instantly respond to customers. Simply put, our profiles now look a lot more appealing and reviews or questions never stay unanswered.
