By replying to reviews and uploading images and posts to our listings, we have significantly improved our brand presence on Google Maps and Search, and consistently increased monthly views, search rankings, and the number of visitors. **What do you dislike about Mobal.io?** Only downside from our experience is managing opening hours, and specifically not being able to add different opening times for customer service and facilities. This has caused some confusion among our customers, who are used to checking information via our Google profile rather than visiting our website. **What problems is Mobal.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have 8 locations to manage across Helsinki. With several locations, it was very time-consuming whenever we wanted to update our listing's special opening hours, post offers and news, or images, for example. Now, it only takes a few clicks, and all our profiles are updated! We have also noticed that many of our customers find us through Google, and hence, keeping our listings up to date is crucial to avoid losing out on potential customers. ### 2.
