With these algorithms, MNova helps enhance the accuracy and reliability of data analysis, thus improving identification and interpretation of mass spectra. **What do you dislike about Mnova MS?** Although equipped with a user-friendly interface, mastering most of MNova MS's functionalities is a steep learning curve. New users of the software or mass spectrometry data analysis may need to invest quite some time in understanding even its basic features and workflows. **What problems is Mnova MS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mnova MS is developed to handle data from various types of mass spectrometers and offers a variety of features to assist in interpreting and manipulating mass spectrometry data. It also allows importing, processing, and analyzing raw mass spectrometry data, including peak picking, deconvolution, and baseline correction. It also provides tools for data visualization, such as spectral displays and 3D plots, which is my primary area of work. ### 2. In addition, it has auto analysis tools and manual versions to allow for more accurate measurements. It is very easy to load documents and data into Mnova. **What do you dislike about Mnova MS?** Occasionally Mnova's auto analysis tools do not give accurate results. Mnova is also difficult to get used to because of the complicated options available to users. Drawing molecules directly onto a document is tricky, especially labeling different atoms. **Recommendations to others considering Mnova MS:** Make sure to increase the default size of labels on spectra generated because the default is hard to read. Also, I recommend not using the auto integration tool often because it can be inaccurate. **What problems is Mnova MS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Analyzing the spectra for different molecules is easy with Mnova once you learn all the commands and options. It might be a bit overwhelming to get used to, but it works quite well compared to other programs. I especially like that you can export the files in different formats. ### 4. Using Mnova MS is possible to edit the spectra so the peak of the formed spectra can be seen clearly and data interpretation can be done easily. **What do you dislike about Mnova MS?** file types to access this application are still limited, it would be nice if various file types can be accessed with this application **Recommendations to others considering Mnova MS:** If you work on interpreting spectral data, Mnova MS can help and ease your work **What problems is Mnova MS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem faced with this application is when interpreting the 1H-NMR results of the calixresorsinarene derivative compound.
