Absolutely nothing. Not a day goes by I don't curse this program. **What do you dislike about MModal Fluency for Transcription?** Unreliable transcription. Editing program unintuitive. Dangerous errors like impossible dates on letters appear for no reason. Templates not followed **What problems is MModal Fluency for Transcription solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its supposed to be helping us with our dictation. It takes us approximately one whole day to edit and authorise correspondence compared to about 20 mins with previous provider. ### 2. I especially like account specifics easily accessible. I like to be able to see past reports quickly. Compared to Nuance Emdat/Inscribe, Fluency is much more user friendly. **What do you dislike about MModal Fluency for Transcription?** Sometimes the platform is limited in speed by the internet but that may be said of any applications on the net. The product could be better if it didn't have glitches like sometimes reverting back to original text rather than edited text during the upload process. This can make quality go below the required and the Transcriptionist will be blamed. **Recommendations to others considering MModal Fluency for Transcription:** I highly recommend using this application for transcription! It is superior to other medical editing and transcription software. **What problems is MModal Fluency for Transcription solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am a medical transcriptionist. By being accurate and working in a timely fashion I make sure Turn Around Time is met. By being able to easily look at past reports my quality and production are very good using this platform. ### 3. It has possibly the best level of speech recognition, calibration, shortcuts, and keywords support. There are a few good ones out there, like Dragon and PowerScribe, but the swiftness and degree at which MModal recognizes medical terms and differentiates them is superb. **What do you dislike about MModal Fluency for Transcription?** There is not much I can say. Maybe it could have more integrations with various applications. It has some, but usually, it needs some extra configurations, ".INI" and ".DLL" files, for it to work with various applications. **Recommendations to others considering MModal Fluency for Transcription:** If the application you are using to read your medical cases supports MModal Fluency, then it should be your first choice.
