Mltpl is valuation software for private companies. It helps accountants, tax advisers and corporate finance specialists produce valuations that are robust, consistent and easy to defend, in a fraction of the time a spreadsheet takes. Mltpl.Pro brings the whole process into one toolbox: Financial Engine: turns a company’s financials into a clean basis for valuation. Comp Finder: finds relevant comparable companies so your multiples rest on real market evidence. Multiple Selector: helps you choose and justify the right multiple for the business and its sector. Private Company Discount: applies an evidence-based discount to reflect that the business is private. Mltpl suits valuations for tax planning, shareholder and family matters, disputes, and buying and selling businesses. It also works for in-house teams at acquisitive groups that need to value private, trading, profitable targets quickly and consistently.
