I have been tracking and monitoring the asset disposal process utilizing the different status, adding photos for the items to dispose and forms that have been approved. **What do you dislike about Follett Work Orders?** It would be very helpful to be able to deactivate the bottom for Custom forms (SUBMIT REQUEST & reCAPTCHA) I have been using custom forms to show a link to users, so they can submit request for technology department in their own platform instead of using work orders system staff usually gets confused assuming that Facilities department works with technology issues, which may cause a delay for their request and an issue for maintenance department, however every time they click on the link to use the link the website ask them to click on submit request and confirm the reCAPTCHA and automatically the system creates a work order without description which needs to be cancel. **What problems is Follett Work Orders solving and how is that benefiting you?** *Work order assigment. *Tracking Preventive maitenance. *Tracking building checks. *Asset Management (Monitoring asset transfers, moves or disposals. **Official Response from Annie Doherty:** > Hi Jose!
