MKController is a cloud platform that lets a network operator manage a fleet of devices remotely, including devices that have no public IP and sit behind CGNAT. The Problem It Solves: Most remote-management tools assume the device is reachable from the internet. A large share of routers are not: they sit behind carrier-grade NAT, on dynamic addresses, or on connections where no inbound port can be opened. Reaching those devices normally means a static IP, a VPN concentrator, or a technician on site. How It Works: The device opens an encrypted tunnel outward to MKController. Nothing is exposed on the WAN side, no firewall or NAT rules are changed, and installation is a single script. From that point the device is reachable from the cloud console as though it were on a local network. Key Features and Functionality: Remote access through WebFig, Winbox, SSH and API. Automated configuration backups. Device monitoring and alerts. NATCloud, which extends remote reach to equipment behind NAT such as cameras, DVRs and CPEs. WiFi Monetization, a hotspot and captive portal system with vouchers, in-portal card checkout and a revenue dashboard. Sites 2.0, a per-site overview with maps, availability, client split and vendor-scoped alerts across MikroTik, UniFi, NATCloud and Starlink, delivered by push, email or Telegram. Content Filter for DNS-based blocking. Internet Management for link monitoring with failover. Vendors Supported: MikroTik, UniFi and Starlink devices are managed directly. NATCloud is a reach mechanism for equipment behind NAT. Who Uses It: ISP, WISP and hotspot operators who provision constantly, and single-site edge operators who need reliable remote access when something breaks. In use in 30+ countries.
