Miyndsett is built for private pay from the ground up, which keeps it faster, simpler, and easier to learn. Scheduling: a drag-and-drop calendar with two-way Google Calendar sync, recurring series you manage as one, a waitlist, and automated email and text reminders. A public request link turns prospective clients into booked sessions with the paperwork already sent. Clinical documentation: SOAP and DAP notes, custom note templates, treatment plans, autosave, and supervisor review built into the flow. Administer auto-scored outcome measures and build clinical genograms without extra tools. Intake and client portal: build your own intake forms, bundle them into reusable onboarding packets, and collect e-signatures before the first session. Clients pay invoices, prepay, and manage a card on file through a secure portal. Billing: invoices, superbills, sliding scale fees, card-on-file charging, and online payment through your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rate, with no cut taken by Miyndsett. Revenue, aging, and payroll reports export to CSV or arrive on a schedule. Telehealth: secure, HIPAA-compliant video with virtual waiting rooms, nothing to download, background blur, and noise suppression. Couples and family sessions support up to eight participants joining from separate locations. Supervision: this is where Miyndsett stands apart. Direct, indirect, and supervision hours are tracked automatically as sessions happen. Supervisors bulk-approve a week of sessions and hours in a couple of taps, follow each supervisee's live progress toward licensure, and generate board-ready reports. External supervisors can review and sign hours at no cost. AI assistance: note review, treatment plan drafting, and session prep are included in the plan. AI is always clinician-controlled, a drafting tool rather than a decision-maker, and client data is never used to train AI models. Recorded AI Session Notes are available as an optional add-on. Pricing is simple: $49 per month per clinician and $29 per month per non-clinical staff member, with no tiers, no feature gating, and a 14-day free trial.
