Miyagami supplies senior AI-native engineers who join your team full-time. An AI-native engineer builds products with AI tools as a core part of how they work. They split the work into tasks an agent can handle, review and test everything it returns, and stay accountable for the result in production. Staffing companies screen CVs against a job description. Every engineer is tested by an AI-native tech lead who works with AI every day, and you see the scorecards before you decide. We have built more than 100 products since 2017 and still build our own with the same engineers we place in client teams. Our pool covers more than 3,000 assessed engineers, from full-stack, frontend and backend to QA and AI engineers. The team of 60+ is based in Amsterdam, London, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, where our largest engineering hub works a CET afternoon overlap with European teams. You get a shortlist within 3 working days and hire within 5, from €5,600 a month per engineer, with payroll and compliance handled. The minimum term is three months, and if the fit is wrong we replace the engineer at our cost. Founders who need a product built can start with a fixed package of €60,000 for twelve weeks.
