MiYaDine (秘奥餐饮) is a multilingual restaurant POS for overseas Chinese-owned restaurants, bubble tea shops, cafés, bakeries and fast-food outlets. Launched in 2024 and now at V3.0, it is developed by Guangzhou Miao Software Technology Co., Ltd. (秘奥软件, maker of the MISAll retail POS since 2007). MiYaDine runs fully offline: ordering, kitchen tickets and checkout continue during network outages and sync automatically when connectivity returns, which matters in markets across Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. The interface is available in 23 languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Filipino, Khmer, Lao, Mongolian, Kazakh, Bengali and Swahili. Key capabilities include QR code table ordering, a kitchen display system, thermal receipt printing that renders Thai, Khmer, Lao, Arabic and non-ASCII currency symbols correctly, switchable discount modes (% off or Chinese-style) with rounding, electronic scale integration, and a built-in AI customer service assistant. MiYaDine is available as a perpetual licence or subscription, deployed locally or on 25 server nodes across more than 20 countries and regions. Support is provided in Chinese, 08:00–23:00 daily, with 24/7 response for critical incidents.
