We have been using Mixpanel for a couple of years. I like the simplicity and the ease of understanding the data, creating different kinds of dashboards, and all. With recent changes in the pricing which makes it event-based, it created an issue like it forces us to think which event to fire always. Our development cycle is involved, so we moved to Amplitude which is based on user-based pricing. Though Amplitude's UI/UX isn't that great as Mixpanel, but we don't have any choices.
