What do you like best about Mixmax?

I love tracking emails, and I hate email apps (outlook, astro) because they just seem extra. It really truly is a lovely app, but there are just things that add up over time and I'm not confident these issues are being worked on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mixmax?

My drafts folder is out of control. Mixmatch does not attach a draft to the email thread until it's sent, so if I start one, I have to dig through my drafts folder to find it again (instead of searching for the thread). This is nearly impossible, because the only thing showing on my drafts folder is the text that Mixmax has superimposed into my emails "this is a Mixmax draft..changes will not be saved..." So I literally have to open each draft to figure out what it was I was meaning to do. My drafts folder has filled up out of control now that there is no easy way to manage it.

Not only this. I contacted customer support to suggest improvements to their app, and it took 3 different rounds of emails arguing back and forth. They were insisting that I was opening up the draft on my iphone Gmail app which saves drafts differently and I assured them 3 different times that this was not the case, that it was happening on my desktop right inside gmail. They were quite patronizing about it and I think they finally just dropped it.

Honestly, I don't leave bad reviews for the heck of it, I don't get into arguments on the internet - they downgraded a good gmail feature, they aren't owning up to it, and they don't handle suggestions well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Mixmax:

I don't know. Be careful that you aren't locking yourself into a full year. I thought I was doing month to month, and at one point selected the option, but the charge came through for annual, so I'm not sure what happened. I wasn't even mad about that until I thought about it just now, but could just be in the mood to be mad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you?

I know whether cold emails are being read or not - it's helpful for knowing if my tone was right, if my message was right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
