I use Mixmax to efficiently communicate with both potential and existing customers and it really helps me make sure I follow up in a timely manner. I love having good visibility on when emails are opened and using the email reminders, which alert me if I haven't responded or if a follow-up is needed. I also love that Mixmax shows me when emails are opened and who opened them, providing a great opportunity for timely follow-ups. The sequences feature in Mixmax is really helpful for mass-targeting a large group of potential customers efficiently. The initial setup of Mixmax was smooth and great. I like how Mixmax allows me to send 500 emails in one day with ease of use. The user interface is very easy to navigate, requiring no external training, which is particularly my favorite aspect. I find it excellent that minimal training is needed for new users like my SDRs, who can easily figure out how to set up sequences and send emails. Its ease of use makes it a small vanity for me.
