The data it provides is helpful. On the surface, what it does it valuable. I have no qualms with the concept of their product. My issues are in the execution of it. The MixMax tracking pixel has a destroyed domain reputation which in turn blocked our emails from recipients using Barracuda. Pretty big deal. 2. Their support is horrible. I'm assuming they're running a lean team, but this is beyond the worst I've seen. The chat isn't answered. There is a bot, but they will EMAIL YOU when they respond to your chat. Why even have a chat at that point? The support email address is buried (as many SaaS companies are deciding to do). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. After sending out an email sequence to a group of people, the tracking and insights are incredibly powerful and the dashboards convey a lot of information at a glance. The Salesforce-to-MixMax integration can be tricky sometimes which requires more work on the user's side to get leads loaded into a sequence to be deployed to targets. I like the template's features because each email leaving our business sounds uniform. I also love the email reminder that I can set for any chosen time or date because it auto archives until that time. For an operations manager who can keep ten or fewer emails in their inbox at any given time, this is something i never want to live without again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I would like to see more options within the sequence feature, and a tutorial guide or bullet point onsetting various things up so I do not have to contact someone for a future appointment when the task is urgent. There was not much support for setting up a large company and when I renewed my contract the sales team told me that it was possible to switch plans or licenses but when the 6-month mark came for the next payment they refused the changes because "contract". Once you use it for a few months/years it becomes difficult to switch to other solutions. It's not a problem when everything works fine, but after using their paid premium services for a few years, and recommending it to a few people, I asked for the referral reward that they advertise and Tym, their customer support treated me like I was looking for freebies. Then, he tricked my business partner into accepting a worthless upgrade, which they didn't even apply in the end (unlimited tracking, which reached the limit after just 3 days). We do not need tracking, just the bulk emails option, and Tym said we cannot and will not receive any services for free. I don't understand how paying them for a few years, and the being their ambassadors to others, can be considered "free" but their customer service does not really care about that. By far the worst customer service possible. So bad, that it forced us to look for alternatives and it turns out their competitors offer the same services at fraction of their prices. It's the most elegant solution for a calendar invite out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mixmax? Their customer service. I had a problem where my gmail was fuzzy and not working properly. The customer service told me that there was likely an extension conflict and that I should send them a screenshot of my extensions. I did so, then they asked me to start testing which ones worked together and didn't. What? They had the list of extensions. They are perfectly capable of going in to their own account, loading the list of extensions I have, and testing it themselves. I paid for this service. I am not paid by them to do their QA. In addition, they refused to refund my money due to it being an extension conflict. As I had moved banks from when I had signed up and paid - I couldn't do a chargeback.
