Also it has lots of precompiled animations , which can be applied on rigged mesh and can be exported in fbx format, which is supported by many 3D softwares like Blender, Unreal Engine and Unity. It helps me to make the 3D animated models which is useful for rigging custom models and model animations. I like it because it's free and consist wide variety of animations and it's basic controls. The only thing which I think would have been best if it had procedural animation support and creation. Maybe that is complex but overall I feel this software is best for making general animations. Mixamo has a huge spectrum of mocap animation that can be very useful for Indie film makers of for any shot animated projects.
