I actually like the majority of the features. I think that others being able to leave comments on your work is very helpful come review time; it makes what you are saying to your performance stronger.

Overall, the program does what it is intended to do. It is a good review tracking software. Administrators should have access to far more information without having to login as users.

**What do you like best about Mitratech Perform?**

The Trakstar platform has improved the organization of our evaluation processes. We've seen a substantial increase in on-time completion of reviews, and stakeholders have all expressed satisfaction with the platform. Customer support is very responsive. Whenever I've had a question, they have had a solution for me in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?**

The downside to a highly customizable platform is that there are so many options. It can be a bit overwhelming as you try to navigate the many settings and options to tailor the solution to your organization.

**What problems is Mitratech Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Trakstar, we had been using a Google Form to submit peer reviews and self-assessments. The output came in an Excel file, which was difficult for managers to use. The Trakstar reviews are nicely organized with the questions, the employee's rating, and peer ratings neatly organized and easy to digest. As a result, the amount of time that managers have to spend on the reviews is meaningfully reduced.

**What do you like best about Mitratech Perform?**

The interface is easy to use and mostly intuitive which reduces the need for time consuming training.  The customer support during implementation was outstanding making implementation simple and quick.  As an administrator, I greatly appreciate the ability to proxy any employee in order to assist in troubleshooting issues that an employee or a manager may be having.  Features such as the ability for employees to post notes for each other, 360 reviews, goal setting, and recommended performance improvement statements also make the program very beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?**

Some of the steps in the approval process are easily missed by managers.  This is primarily due to a double acknowledgment that is required at certain steps and an inconsistent location for where to make that acknowledgement.

**What problems is Mitratech Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trakstar is helping us to streamline the interaction between managers and employees and facilitate the use of peer reviews and comments in the employee performance review process.  The Engagement surveys have also provided a convenient and easy to use method for checking in with our employees and gathering their feedback on company goals and initiatives.

**What do you like best about Mitratech Perform?**

I like that Trakstar offers so many different features. It's not my first rodeo with Trakstar because I have used it with other companies I have been before and let me tell you it never disappoints. It 's very easy to navigate and implement. We recently started using the 360 reviews and the best part is their customer support. They are very quick to respond whenever there are any glitches or if I have any questions. We use it regularly for our annual performance reviews. Another feature we use is Sales Performance. It offers a variety of metrics and it's easy for us to evaluate performance. Overall, we are happy happy with it and will continue using it.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?**

We tried using the surveys within that and it wasn't the best, but makes sense because it's not their specialty.

We never had a formal performance management process or system. Since getting Trasktar, it's been great and we have a process we follow.

**What do you like best about Mitratech Perform?**

Love the new timeline on employee's profiles so you can easily switch between current review, manager scoring, and future goal setting. The cascading feature is great for pushing corporate goals, or managers to push team goals.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?**

Our review years are Jan to Dec, but the scoring goes until April. We like that we can have our future review avaliable to start building goals for the new year while the scoring of the previous year is still occuring, but when an employee changes managers, they don't have a Set Goals button until the previous year is finalized by the previous manager - we have educated managers to click into the employee profile to access the future review, but it is an awkward workaround. 
We also adjusted our corporate workplan to include stretch targets - which allows the result for those goals to go up to 150%. The system doesn't allow this, so our workaround is to combine the trakstar result with our corporate workplan results outside of the system.
Our Corporate Workplan goals span across the company, to cascade these goals, we create them on the CEO's profile so we are not limited to who we can or can't cascade goals to.

Great, timely support staff- they always respond quickly and are so friendly!

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?**

It is clunky and making bulk edits is very difficult if not impossible. Particularly if you run different performance review processes. For example, we have new hire performance reviews in one process and bi-annual reviews in another. But, I can't make changes to rating scales for example, without changing them both or marking individual performance expectations differently so that they *don't* get updated. It's just complicated.

I wish there was a way to select which process or which positions you'd like to apply bulk changes to. Currently, there's no way to indicate where you want broader changes applied. 

There's also no way to bulk delete things. For example, if we want to delete all of the completed and canceled measurements so that they don't appear in the employee's next review, I have to manually go in and delete them one-by-one.

Formalized performance reviews that are written and can be saved for the employee's records.

I like that you can create any kind of review you want in here.  You can create your questions, you can use samples, etc.  You can add multiple positions and departments and set how the reviews flow through supervisors. 

I also really like the 360s.  They are extremely helpful and have amazing results.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?**

The downsides are that it is extremely convoluted and difficult to navigate.  It randomly changes reviews and review flow.  It is also difficult to get help when you need it.  You have to make an appointment and wait for them to be available, so that it really hard to get things done immediately.

This is how we track reviews.  It keeps us up to date on when they are due and makes sure that we are getting them done.

**What do you like best about Mitratech Perform?**

Trakstar makes performance review time smooth and simple for staff.   Once employees are acclimated to the system, the can go in and easily do their self assessments prior to the manager's review.  Managers also seem to like the easiness of having their reviews all online and in one place.  Notifications help managers to stay on track and on time.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?**

At the beginning of the performance review season, some our employees could not find their self-reviews to complete.  This appears to be due to incomplete employee approvals at the very end of the prior years review cycle.  It would be helpful to get some sort of report at the end of the review cycle alerting us to who hasn't signed off on their prior year assessment.

Simplifies the performance review process.  Consistencey in competencies.  Goal setting tool.  Pulse Surveys to get perspective on team engagement.

I like that the goals and performance-tracking measurements can be broken down quite extensively. Each goal can be spread across multiple sub-goals or checkpoints, with tasks under each of them. It would be very helpful when tracking the progress of a large project.

It isn't the easiest to just "pick up and go" with new users. Once you see some of it though, it is pretty smooth from there.

Trakstar Perform has helped my organization to better streamline and standardize our performance evaluation process. It has also eliminated the use of paper in this process, which has assisted us with easier record-keeping.

Scheduled reviews with automated notification to employees, expansive library of competencies and support articles for various problems. Customer service support is quick and system is easy to use.

Employee additions or changes to Process will require more guidance to ensure that the cycle is correctly set up. Customer service support is not consistent.

Initially we were using manual processes for the annual review so implementing Trakstar helped automate the creation & lessen manual notifications. Appreciate also the flexibility to each components to fit to each department requirment.

I love that I can use the software to send surveys and collect needed information over a wide audience. I love that I can export the data in formats usful to my needs. I love that I can tarck performance and give 360 reviews. I love that I can have scheduled surveys going out without me having to remeber to send them. I set the schedule and move on.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?**

I don't have a lot I dislike. I love this softwarre and I have enjoyed using it and will continue to use it because it fits my needs and it works. If I had one wish it would be that my learner and administrater pages were one and I didnt have to switch from one view to the next.

**What problems is Mitratech Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trakstar allows me the ability to save notes about performance and store them so when it review time I have a one stop shop for all comminucations between my employees and myself. This benefits me by making it more streamlined when doing reviews. No opening employee files and serching HR files I can open each employees profile and see all notes enter and score the review at the same time.

I love the flexibility of the system to meet the needs of my performance reviews. The customer support is reliable and fast!

The only downside is that I have been asking for a minor adjustment to be made so our managers could know the time frame of the review period they are reviewing, but it has not yet been completed.

I like that it has so much felxibility in customing your processes, rating scales, forms, etc.

Reversing approvals is a bit awkward. Also, the biggest flaw with the Trakstar suite is that they (Perfom/Learn/Hire) are not synchronized; you have to maintain three different systems with three separate sign-ons.

Using the pulse survey, with increasing participation and increased data, leading to purposeful organizational actions.

The performance management tool has allowed us to customize a performance review and better track data.

Trakstar performs makes it easy to distribute and get feeback for performance evaluations. Customer support is friendly and respond quickly. They also don't mind hopping on the phone or a zoom call.

You have to really learn the terms and read the guides intensely to understand how all of the different components work. I feel like I could use Perform more effectively, but the time and energy to figure out how it works take up too much of my workday.

I haven't had the chance to really use Perform yet in this role but Perform already makes it easy to add, sort and categorize employees and their managers for their performance reviews.

**What do you like best about Mitratech Perform?**

The fact that it is easy to use and manage as administrator. Customizable to your needs and most of all the immediate and constant support that one receives as part of the subscription. One great feature. Also is the Insights, dashboards at a click of a button that gives you a good summary of your organisation plus a fantastic online help documentation.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?**

Have been using the ayatem for quite some years now and there is nothing I can mention that I do not like. Developers seems to know what's best for the industry and enhances the system accordingly.

**What problems is Mitratech Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It benefit us as we can track and record employees progress and plan for targets for the following year. It makes it also easy to maintain all the documents electronically by downloading them in bulk to our network. It also helps by sending automatic reminders to appraisers to take notes and to start their reviews on a predefined date by the company.

Automatic reminder to reviewers when evaluations are due and past due.  Ability to have all employees provide feedback on each other.  Everything needed for the review is all in one place and not scrambling around for paperwork.

Printed version of completed review is not modifiable.  Includes too much unnecessary pages.

**Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Perform:**

Reviewsnap was very helpful with the implementation process.  Built out my existing review templates in the program for me and loaded all my employee information.  Fairly easy to administer after implementation.

Process is no longer manual.  All aspects of review are in one place.  360 rater review is easier to communicate and receive feedback.  Program has been well received my employees.

The simplicity of Trakstar Perform makes it a great add-on tool for many organizations that already have a EHR application.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?**

The inability to customize Trakstar Perform makes it very difficult to utilize the system for an organization that has to live by policies. Integration is also very lacking - the file format used in the SFTP process does not match the ease of use and capabilities of the upload module within the system.

We are moving off an in-house built performance management system. By moving to the cloud, we are removing the hurdles of having to upgrade the in-house application and operating system.

Trakstar Perform was a seamless transition from our traditional review process. The functionality and customization allowed us to move our entire process online. Customer support was always available for our every need and helped make the integration a breeze with our team. 

We are ready to use even more features in the next year.

We did run into a few road blocks but the customer success team was more than helpful finding work arounds and taking notes back to the product team.

The ability to set goals, apply company-wide performance metrics and the ability to gather a history of appraisals over time so you can measure and track employee performance.

The workflow and navigation can be confusing. Sometimes not sure if I'm reading employee's comments or manager's.

It is a place where we can keep track of the many things that get forgotten otherwise. We can go back and review employee accomplishments from the beginning of the year and also gain a perspective of growth over the last 12 months.

Trackstar Perform is a great way to keep track of employee evaluations, ensure timeliness of evaluation completion, scoring, and feedback. It also allows for employees to set and track their own goals and for employees to leave each other feedback and for the employee to leave notes with project progress updates.

I wish it had more features for human resources.

Trakstar is well categorized. It makes it easy to naigate when making or updated a review.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?**

Trakstar is a little key sensitive when going to start a review. I was clicked start and then was taken away for another task. When I came back to the review I wasnt able to complete it anymore.

I like that everything is online. The system is user friendly. The customer service is amazing. They answer questions within 24 hrs. They are always very helpful.

Creating evaluations can be easier. There are several steps to take to create evaluation templates. They should simplify the process.

Trakstar is solving tracking evaluations. The system informs the manager when evaluations are due. No more keeping track manually on our end.

I like that Trakstar has a work flow, where you can move candidates from stage to stage of the hiring process. I also appreciate the fact that you can send emails within the application

What I least like about Trakstar is that when there is more than one account for the same person. For instance, if the person uses a separate email, there is no way to merge the accounts even if they have the same phone number.

For me, using Trakstar helps me to keep account of all the candidates that apply to openings i am responsible for. It helps me to see how many people have applied and how many people i need to reach out to.

I like how you can send interview slots. You can also send e-mails to candidates. I love there is space for interview questions and we can tailor them to our company's questions. We can also send out online applications as well.

Sometimes when sending candidates e-mails and applications, they never receive them. Maybe one way is to click a button to confirm receipt or someway they can let us know when a candidate received the application or e-mail.

I don't currently have any issues, but when I did have issues the responses were very prompt. The people I interacted with provided updates and were very helpful.

I really like the way the website keeps candidates organized and how you can effectively move through the website! Very easy to know where everything is going to be.

Sometimes the website can be laggy, which can cause a hindrance in the day, but typically it's quickly resolved & we're able to get right back to work! Very great with resolving lags & other issues. ((((I also wish we were able to send more than one offer letter)))

I work to find therapists for children with autism, and because of Trakstar, I'm able to go through hundreds of candidates in a day to find the perfect people for the children needing therapy.

You can not only see your coworkers progress, but you can help them when they need it. I think some of the best features are the reminders to check on specific candidates, so you never lose track of anyone.

Sometimes we experience some flaws, such as the resumes, not loading, which can take a while to fix but eventually fix itself.

Trakstar is helping us build our database and finding the best candidates to work on cases. I think I am productive knowing I can see where each of my candidates is in the process and knowing what to do each day.

**What do you like best about Mitratech Perform?**

What I like best about the software is cloud-based. It is everything that you can find under your fingertips. The time to exchange the paper review was a hassle for everyone, both to the managers and the employees. The software is easy to maneuver and navigate around once you got the system set up correctly. We are very happy to change this to a digital format from our traditional paper review.

**What do you dislike about Mitratech Perform?**

The only thing that I would have to say is the setup process. It took me a while to get things set up in a way that is closed to our scoring system in the review. We would like to mimic as close as possible the way we conducted performance reviews in the past, and without re-inventing the wheel. Since we kind of custom-made the system close to our original system, therefore, the training video that comes with the software is somewhat different from the way we intended to present it. It's a little confusing to our employees at the time, but employees are kind of used to it by now.

We can hold all the documents in one place, no more searching to find the present or past evaluation forms, and no more sending the documents back and forth between employees and managers for signatures. This is much more organized and easier for the users as well as the administrator.

Hard to say probably the sales demo cause thats when they actually tried to answer all my questions and I thought the system would work for me

The lies. This system isn't smarter than using a google form, honestly probably worse. It ALWAYS glitches no matter the platform or the access is given. My trainees cant complete quizzes cause glitches, I have to log out and log back in constantly and they do not care about the annoyance of this. Do not get this system. If you ask your account manager questions they send you to the help desk. The help desk try to break down every detail so they don't actually have to try anything or do anything. Gosh, I have built our 40 modules 10 courses and 5 catalogs and I would happily get rid of it in a SECOND. They even limit the amount of answers youre allowed to give. If you want to do something in order I hope it only has 5 steps cause if it has more you cant add

**Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Perform:**

Dont do it. You can easily find something better. This software acts like they are cutting edge but they are so old they dont even know how to adjust to different sized windows. If you want to edit or add data you need to be in full screen mode

i KNOEW TRAINING IS IMPORTANT to grow your employees and a few want to grow. BUT this platform does not allow that

We have been using Trakstar for about 3 years.  The program is very affordable and very easy to use.  When I do have a question or a problem, the customer service team is very responsive and helpful.  We are so glad we found this program and recommend it to everyone who is looking for an applicant tracking system.Ease of use and affortability

It would be helpful if there could be a way to refresh all job postings with one click rather than having to go in to each separately.
