I have used a lot of Mineral's features, the various templates for forms and the company handbook builder are very helpful in making sure I am using the correct legal language and not missing anything. The endless resources on HR-related topics are very useful as well. However, I would say the most helpful tool has been the HR hotline. The answers to my questions are always clear, and leave no confusion or doubt.
