I've been using Mineral for four months now and am very happy with their product. There are many great tools available from Mineral that help me with my HR responsibilities. Two that I like the most are the laws & updates for multiple states, and their trainining courses. The training courses helped me bring us up to date on our harassment training for every employee, and I have managers assigning groups of courses for customer service and more each quarter.

Integration and setup was a simple and easy process, I've contacted customer support once and they were prompt and helpful.

This is a tool that I utilize quite frequently, and that I've come to depend on as a resource. I enjoy receiving their emails of Question of the Week along with their recommended webinars, of which I've attended quite a few already, learning and using them for my HR certificaiton credits.

I love the ease of use of the site along with the product offered. I reach out to experts often, and they give educated, sound, and logical responses. I love receiving law updates, which gives me a few minutes back each week. I no longer have to search for the info, it is in my email when I log in for the day! There is an abundance of content where I can usually find what I am looking for. If not, an email to their support team is answered most times within an hour or two, but always within 24 hours and with a valid response, not a canned response. Great resource for all things T&D, Compliance, and form templates. The ability to talk to an HR expert is also helpful - although they do not provide legal advise, they still provide guidance to applicable laws/regulations. We use Mineral as a training platform, primarily, and have also used it extensively to update our internal forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
