Too many products available to write about. One of the products I use often is, "talk to or send a message" to one of the experts. If you have an immediate concern on how to handle an employee situation, you do not have to spend a lot of time doing research on your own or have to be put on hold when calling a State or Federal Agency. Just submit your question to Mineral, and one of their experts will reply quickly. The second product that I rely on is not having to worry about new compliance issues that can occur with the State your business is located in. Just set-up your company in Mineral, and they make sure you are notified about any changes that are taking place. These are just two examples of what Mineral has to offer. As for dislikes, I do not have any that are major. I have not had a chance to submit my question about notifications I receive on changes that need to be made on our Employee Handbook. But, I will get on that soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
